Well, here's about the coolest non-instrument Silvertone item that I've ever seen! It's a Silvertone-branded disco light. Of course, I don't think 'disco' was quite en vogue when this thing was around, maybe they called it a 'color organ' or an electronic light show. Feel the vibes, man...

We'll be tallying up a whole different set of numbers tomorrow, but here's some October polling data: I tracked 261 items last month, and they sold for a total of $69,172! That's less than a grand more than our September totals, but still way down from the early spring (see the archives, linked below). Here's some highlights of what changed hands: (23) 1448 guitars/amps or one or the other, (14) 1457s, (12) 1484 amps, (14) 1482 amps, (9) 1481 amps, (8) 1483 amps, (4) 1304 guitars, (5) 1446 'Chris Isaak' model guitars, and a surprising (9) 615 acoustic guitars in the bunch. The highest dollar item was a not-as-nice-as-you'd-think 'Jimmy Reed' 1381 that sold for $1200, and the least amount brought was $6 for a 1448 pickguard.
