The 1389 amp was a close sibling to the 1451. It was
an oddball, it shared the same circuitry, and had a plain brown wrapper. At
least the 1451 had the cool gold flecks...
Offered as a holiday special in the 1958 Wish Book (the only listing for it I've
ever seen) with the also unique 1304 guitar.
