The 1460 was part of the late-68 'Japanese Invasion'
of the Sears catalog. It looked kinda like a sharpened ES-335. Outfitted with a
made in Japan whammy (similar to the 1475) and a spring-loaded roller bridge,
your 90 bucks with tax got you a pretty well-appointed machine. Straightforward
volume tone knobs and selector switch let you shape the sound from the single
coil pickups.
